Florals at a private villa are different to florals at an event. The brief is quieter, the placement more domestic, and the goal is to add a sense of care to a stay rather than to dress a space for a celebration. Pre-Arrival Arrangements

The most common request is a set of arrangements waiting at the villa on the day of arrival. A welcoming arrangement on the entry table or kitchen island. A bedside arrangement in the master bedroom. A larger piece on the outdoor dining table. The total impression is one of being expected and looked after, beyond the standard pre-arrival groceries.

Refresh During the Stay

For longer stays, the florals are refreshed mid-stay. A new set of arrangements arrives, the previous arrangements are removed, and the villa is kept feeling current without the host having to think about it. For stays of two weeks or more, a weekly refresh is normal. For shorter stays, a single arrival arrangement that lasts the trip is usually enough.

The team can also coordinate florals for a particular occasion during the stay, an anniversary dinner, a birthday breakfast, a proposal, with appropriate styling and discretion. Style and Palette

The Solutioner asks about style preferences before the first arrangements are made. Some clients want loose, garden-style arrangements with foliage and local flowers in soft tones. Others want structured, architectural compositions with white and green only. Others want bright, modern colour with seasonal Balearic flowers leading the palette. Once the style is agreed, the florist works to that brief for the rest of the stay, refining as feedback comes in.

For Events Within the Stay

A villa stay sometimes includes a dinner party, a private celebration, or a small event hosted at the property. For these, the floral programme steps up: dining table runners, bar styling, ceremony or focal arrangements if the moment calls for them.
